Britney and Calder wed

BLYTHE - Allen and Becky Hightower along with Keith and Gail Ramsden, announced the marriage of their children, Britney Lynn Hightower and Calder Luke Ramsden on Jan. 5, 2013, at the Blythe Golf Course overlooking the valley.

The wedding party consisted of the bride's two sisters, Alyssa Carlson and Ciara Hightower and the bride's former roommates, Christianne Cobb and Juliane Bone, who served as maid of honor.

The groom's brothers, Austin, Blake and Zachary Ramsden along with the bride's brother, Dustin Hightower, served as groomsmen with Austin serving as best man. Britney is the granddaughter of Billy and Marsha Kem and Gene and Stella Hightower. Calder is originally from the state of Wisconsin and he is the grandson of LeRoy and Edith Jeske and Marvin and Elsie Ramsden all of Wisconsin.

The couple went on a honeymoon cruise to Ensenada, Mexico. They now temporarily reside in Quartzsite, Ariz.

The groom is currently employed as a mechanic at Standage Tire and the bride is a student at Grand Canyon University and is employed with Total Education Solutions.
