BLYTHE, Calif. - Douglas Miker, 24, died Saturday morning around 11:44 a.m. from injuries sustained from a single gunshot wound to the head that happened the early morning of April 4.

After receiving a 9-1-1 call about a possible man with blood on his head lying on the side of the road, Friday morning at 6:17, sheriff deputies found Miker with a single gunshot wound to the head on 10th Ave. between Defrain Blvd. and Arrowhead.
