PEREZ
Special to the Times
BLYTHE - Blas Perez, 34, of Blythe, was arrested for domestic violence the evening of Nov. 8, after Blythe Police officers responded to the 600 block of N. Ninth St. on a domestic violence call.
On arrival, Cpl. Terry Reynolds spoke to Perez, who was in the front yard of the residence. While Reynolds spoke to Perez, Sgt. Joshua Coe spoke to Perez's girlfriend and noticed injuries to her face. Coe found out the injuries were caused by Perez.
Coe relayed the information to Reynolds who then informed Perez he was under arrest for domestic violence. Perez was asked to place his hands behind his back. At this time Perez said he was not going to go to jail and clinched his hands together.
When Reynolds and Officer Ronnie Jones, who had arrived on the scene to assist the officers, attempted to arrest Perez, Perez continuously refused to follow directions from the officers. So Jones removed his TASER and deployed it on Perez to gain control. At that time Perez decided to follow the officer's commands and was taken into custody.
Following photos and interviews, Perez was booked into the Blythe jail for domestic violence.

You all pick on Blas for hitting is girlfriend. They both should go to jail. It should be against the law to get back together again after how many beating and going to jail? Of all of you how many yell at your wife/girlfriend or hit them or the other way around . You both will not go to the phone to call 911 because it would be you and your wife being commented on. Another Blas once told me on how to beat a domestic violance rap. Just go to mexico and get a truck full of dirt and put in your back yard. so when your wife or girlfriend gets you mad just sit her up on the dirt pile and beat the crapppie out of her. So when she calls the cops you can claim the crime was done on mexican soil. Get it. On that any person that use's violance against his or her partner should go to jail and ordered not to have contact with each other.

Yo.. This is Yasias Zamudio. You wanna talk bad about my brother then come to my face and say something. I was once a pro boxer and I can still throw hands. If Blas was here to back himself up I know he would smash on yall. I once saw him throw a chihuahua over the bridge into the colorado river just because the puppy looked at him sideways homes. I remember when he caught a carp in the 7th street canal and body slammed it because it swallowed the bait. So.... with that being said you better watch it buddy. Who cares if he always lied about his stereo business or selling drugs... at least he will always be remembered as a true Laker fan. Silly Goose

He needs to hook up with Monique Nicole Navarro (the one who got popped for slapping a cop - was that suppose to rhyme?) who's in one of the other PVVT stories. The two of them would make such a pretty pair. Both get sauced up and have Saturday night slapfests together.
