QUARTZSITE, Ariz. - Just before 9:30 a.m., Sunday, a two-vehicle fatal crash closed eastbound I-10 in Quartzsite, Arizona. A wrong-way driver from Quartzsite, hit a semi-tractor trailer head-on at Dome Rock Road.

BLYTHE, Calif. - Palo Verde Valley High School Band teach Jose Hernandez is in the middle of a small circle that is encompassed by a larger circle at Scott Stadium.

Look for Palo Verde High School Marching Band throughout the community leading up to the Holiday Bowl fundraising.

"Several years ago, we set a goal of $15,000 when we wanted to purchase new uniforms. The community helped us out and we were able to raise the money in under four months," said Hernandez. "We are thankful for the community."
