PARKER, Ariz. - Suspected murderer Mickey Anderson escaped from a Colorado River Indian Tribe (C.R.I.T.) detention facility March 9. C.R.I.T. held Anderson on a homicide charge and law enforcement consider him mentally unstable and dangerous.

Just after 1 a.m. March 9, Anderson and two other inmates, Joshua Mike and Aaron Drennan assaulted a C.R.I.T. detention officer and escaped from the C.R.I.T. Detention Facility in Parker. Within hours, C.R.I.T. Police Department, with the assistance of La Paz County Sheriff's Office, U.S. Border Patrol and Lake Havasu City Police Department found Mike and Drennan and returned them to custody.

Anderson, who evaded capture, was last seen wearing orange inmate clothing. However, law enforcement believes he has since changed his clothing. Anderson is described as a 25-year-old Native American, with a shaved head, and brown eyes. He is 6 feet, 1 inch tall, 155 pounds and has a tattoo on his neck that reads "Mickey Jr", and another on his chest that reads "mouse".

The La Paz County Task Force is offering a $1,000 reward for any information leading to the location and arrest of Mickey Anderson.

If Anderson is spotted, do not attempt to make contact, dial 9-1-1 immediately.
